Arcstelle prioritizes Malaysian VTubers first, including small indies, while still remaining open to local and international talents. Do you ship outside Malaysia?

How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
Most orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–3 business weeks, depending on product availability and production status. Arcstelle currently uses Pos Malaysia as our courier, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Does Arcstelle allow AI-generated artwork?
No. Arcstelle does not allow AI-generated artwork to be used in our products or services. We aim to support original creative work and respect the artists and creators involved in every merchandise release.
