AI-Generated Content Policy
Arcstelle maintains a human-made creative standard. We do not accept, use, manufacture, or distribute merchandise based on AI-generated artwork, AI-generated designs, or undisclosed AI-assisted creative assets for client-facing products or collaborations.
By submitting any artwork, design, logo, illustration, or other creative material to Arcstelle, you confirm that the submitted material does not contain undisclosed AI-generated or AI-assisted visual content.
If we reasonably believe that submitted materials contain AI-generated or undisclosed AI-assisted elements, we reserve the right to:
- Reject the submission,
- Pause or cancel the related order, project, or collaboration,
- Request clarification or replacement files,
- Refuse production or fulfillment.
Any exception to this policy must be clearly disclosed to and approved by Arcstelle in writing before production begins.
If an order, submission, or collaboration is cancelled due to a breach of this policy, Arcstelle reserves the right to determine whether any refund, partial refund, or store credit will be issued, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any rights required under applicable law.
