How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
Most orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–3 business weeks, depending on product availability and production status. Arcstelle currently uses Pos Malaysia as our courier, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Does Arcstelle allow AI-generated artwork?
No. Arcstelle does not allow AI-generated artwork to be used in our products or services. We aim to support original creative work and respect the artists and creators involved in every merchandise release.
Can creators sell their existing merchandise through Arcstelle?

Not at the moment. Arcstelle currently focuses on merchandising, product listing, order handling, and fulfilment. However, we do plan to offer design-related services in the future as Arcstelle continues to grow.
